Sarah Sirios has worked with dogs professionally for over 20 years. She was mentored by Dr. Patricia McConnell Phd., and has served as Program Director at Wisconsin Academy for Graduate Service Dogs in Madison since 2005, and Senior Trainer and Behavior Consultant at Dogs Best Friend Training LLC since 2002.
As a specialist in canine learning and behavior, Sarah has extensive experience teaching both trainers and working dogs, and has facilitated treatment of behavioral problems for over 1000 dogs since 2002. She has trained numerous service dog teams and in 2020 spearheaded the WAGS Clinical Therapy Dog partnership with the Madison School District Critical Response Team to provide canine support for critical incidents in the schools.
Sarah has also completed Level 1 certification in Equine Assisted Learning through the Natural Lifemanship Institute in Lampasas, TX, and is the owner of two mustangs.
